Have two minutes to spare for a little self love?
Whether you are sitting on your floor, couch or standing up this one pose can help lengthen those hammies and quiet your busy mind in 4 easy steps.
Find a straight spine (yes good posture is hard but you've got this!) Don't forget to tuck your chin slightly so the back of your neck is long as well.
Keeping that flat spine, bend at the pelvis and reach for your toes. Knees can be as bent as you need so that your back stays straight.
Breathe. Take deep long breaths until you feel relaxed into the pose or run out of time, whichever comes first.
Slowly roll back up through the spine and shake out the legs.
